Real Estate Investing with a Licensed Financial Planner
We were honored to have Jim Licata with Prudential, join us to have a conversation about harmonizing Main Street and Wall Street for passive income. As Jim noted, “Although financial conversations are often thought to be about income, it is really more about outcome.”
Jim is a licensed financial planner, avid sailor, and recovering system engineer, who used real estate to escape the corporate rat race and put himself on the fast track to financial freedom. Now he uses his training and experiences to professionally design lifestyle-centered financial plans for other real estate investors.
Being financially secure is about the decision you make. In Jim’s presentation he explored some of the financial choices that can make you more secure, more comfortable, and happier. In particular, Jim focused on different key phases in a person’s life and when you might weight certain investment options over others. He also discussed the importance of aligning your investment strategy with your overall personal goals and values.
